The Central Arkansas Baptist Leadership Network is a collaborative fellowship of pastors, church staff, and ministry leaders across Central Arkansas committed to developing healthy leaders, strengthening local churches, and advancing the gospel together.
The network provides relationships, resources, mentoring, and training opportunities designed to encourage pastors, equip ministry leaders, and mobilize churches for greater kingdom impact in their communities.
Equipping Leaders. Advancing the Gospel in Central Arkansas
Two Associations: Faulkner Baptist Association and North Pulaski Baptist Association, have joined together to form the Central Arkansas Baptist Leadership Network (CABLN)!
Many of our churches are struggling to find qualified staff or lay leaders for ministry. It is becoming apparent that this need will be best met from within the local church!
Some of our larger churches are able to create residencies or ongoing classes to accomplish this this is more difficult for our medium and smaller churches. So, LET US HELP!
We have created a 3-trimester, year-long course to address CONFIDENCE (Theology & Christology), CONDUCT (Missiology & Baptist Polity) & CHARACTER (Spiritual Formation & Disciplines).
Classes will be held in person (either in Jacksonville or Conway) and online via ZOOM (though we encourage in-person participation) and are expected to last 1 hour and 15 minutes.
We are working to provide the instruction and the materials AT NO CHARGE to the participants!
(There may be a reduced cost for the course books.)
