CABLN is a collaborative fellowship of pastors, church staff and ministry leaders across Central Arkansas, committed to developing healthy leaders, strengthening local churches and advancing the gospel together.
The network provides relationships, resources, mentoring and training to encourage pastors, equip ministry leaders and mobilize churches for greater kingdom impact in their communities.

Why CABLN?
The Need
Many of our churches are struggling to find qualified staff and lay leaders for ministry, and it’s becoming clear this need is best met from within the local church. Larger churches can create residencies or ongoing classes, but that’s harder for medium and smaller churches.
We’ve created a year-long course to raise up leaders from within your church, so no church has to do it alone.

The Course
A year-long course in three 12-week trimesters, built around three essentials of a healthy leader. Breaks in summer, December and Easter week.
